If you are interested in leasing a home or apartment, we need the following from all individuals who will occupy the dwelling:

• Application completed in full

• Pay stub or offer letter from your employer

• Copy of your driver’s license.

• A credit report reflecting your credit score from at least one of the following credit bureaus; Equifax, Experian, or TransUnion. You can obtain a free credit report through Creditkarma.com or FreeCreditReport.com.
   

If both parties choose to move forward, we require the following:

• A security deposit in the amount of one month’s rent, which will take the property off the market.   

• Landlord will draft a lease for your review and signature.

• Prior to move in, first month and last month’s rent is due.  If the movein date is any date other than the 1st of the month, the rent will be prorated.

• We require that all rent payments be made through Venmo or direct deposit.
