How We Started

Our model originated with single family homes and rapidly expanded into multifamily investment properties. This straightforward approach to redevelopment has fueled consistent portfolio growth over the last decade.   

When repositioning an asset, proformas and construction budgets are closely followed.  Thereafter the asset is conservatively refinanced with anticipation of a long-term hold.
